How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from Galaxy Teamwear, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
This email will include:

  • Your delivery method

  • Any available tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel (if provided by the courier)

Tracking will only appear after the parcel has been collected by Royal Mail or our courier.


Royal Mail Tracking

Orders sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked include full tracking.

You will receive:

  • A Royal Mail tracking code

  • Email and text alerts directly from Royal Mail

  • Estimated delivery day notifications

Courier Tracking

Orders sent via courier will include tracking when available.

You will receive:

  • A courier tracking link (if provided)

  • A dispatch confirmation email from Galaxy Teamwear

  • Updates on delivery progress depending on the courier


Collect In Store Orders

For customers choosing Collect at Store, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation

  2. A message from our team once your order is ready to collect

No online tracking is provided for in-store collection.


Tracking Not Showing?

If your tracking link shows “Not Found” or “Tracking will update soon”, this usually means:

  • The parcel has been booked but not yet scanned by Royal Mail/courier

  • The courier is experiencing an update delay

  • Tracking data hasn’t refreshed yet

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

If you have not received tracking information:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Search your email for "Galaxy Teamwear" or "Dispatch"

  3. Contact us and we can resend your tracking details
