Order Processing

All orders placed with Galaxy Teamwear are processed as quickly as possible.
Once your order is received:

  1. Stock availability is confirmed with our suppliers

  2. Items are sent for print/embroidery (if applicable)

  3. You receive an email update with your estimated completion date

  4. A final dispatch confirmation is sent once your order leaves us

If any part of your order is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you immediately with options.


Returns Policy

Customised Items (Non-Returnable)

Any item that has been printed, embroidered, personalised, or customised cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly supplied

  • Damaged upon arrival

This includes items with:

  • Club badges

  • Sponsors

  • Initials

  • Numbers

  • Names

  • Any bespoke print or embroidery

Please double-check sizes, colours, and spellings before confirming your order.


Non-Custom Items

You may return non-customised items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • In a resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund

Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the nature of the issue.


Exchanges

For non-custom items, exchanges are available if stock allows.
Please contact us before returning so we can check availability.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before printing, embroidery, or customisation has begun.
Once an item has been personalised, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately.


How to Return an Item

Please email our customer service team with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days of receiving your returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
