About Galaxy Teamwear

Galaxy Teamwear is a family-run business based in Leyland, Lancashire. We've been kitting out clubs, schools, and businesses across the North West for over 25 years, and we still get a kick out of seeing a fresh kit come off the press.

Where it started

Mark and Jo Parr started Galaxy back in 1998 as a small print and embroidery operation. The idea was simple: clubs and local businesses deserved kit that looked properly professional, delivered by people who actually picked up the phone. More than 25 years later, that's still the principle the business runs on. We've just got bigger machines, a bigger team, and a longer client list.

Today Galaxy is run by Mark, Jo and their son Sam, alongside a small team of full-time staff who handle everything from print and embroidery to customer service and dispatch. Together we supply over 60 clubs, schools and organisations across Lancashire, Cumbria and beyond, plus workwear, PPE and uniform for local businesses, trades and schools.

We're part of grassroots sport, not just selling to it

Sam coaches competitive age-group swimmers at a local club. It means we know what it's like to be on the other side of the order form: a volunteer trying to kit out a squad on a tight budget. That's the supplier we try to be ourselves.

What makes us different

Everything is done in-house. Print, embroidery, badging, numbering. It all happens under our roof in Leyland. That's not common in this industry. Most suppliers outsource the production and hope the courier turns up on time. We don't, which is why we can promise quality and turnaround we actually control.

We carry the brands clubs actually want. We're proud to be one of the few independent suppliers in the North West with full access to Nike teamwear through our partnership with Fanatics, alongside Adidas, Umbro, Joma, Puma, Stanno and Uhlsport. We're also able to offer official Partner Club memberships with Umbro and Uhlsport, giving your club direct access to the latest ranges and exclusive trade pricing.

Workwear is a big part of what we do. Alongside teamwear, we supply embroidered and printed workwear, hi-vis, PPE and uniform to businesses across the North West. Same in-house production, same fast turnaround, same direct contact with someone who knows your account. Whether you need ten polo shirts for a new starter or a full uniform refresh for a 50-strong workforce, we've done it before.

You'll always speak to a person. We're a small team on purpose. When you call, you get one of us. Someone who knows your club or your business, remembers your last order, and can sort a problem there and then. No ticket numbers, no call centres, no being passed around.

The same job, since 1998

Plenty has changed since Mark and Jo opened the doors. The brands, the technology, the website you're reading this on. What hasn't changed is what we're trying to do: get clubs, teams and businesses the kit they're proud to wear, on time, looking the part, with no fuss.
